My background is primarily marketing and public relations and, as of recently, how mar/com tactics are realized online. I love public media and promoting our massive variety of offerings between radio and TV...and now online! It includes a combination of primary and secondary research as well as quantitative and qualitative. Our goal is to understand how and why people use wosu.org in order to make improvements to the site.
